Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisified with any product within 30 days of its purchase, you may return it for a full refund. Products must be returned unmodified in the original packing material. Coridium reserves the right to refuse a refund for returned products that have been modified, abused, are incomplete or not returned in the original packing material. Volume orders may be subject to a restocking fee - see your original invoice for details. Customers outside the US may be subject to different terms, contact your local supplier for details.

Limited Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, all Coridium products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year. If you discover a defect with a product you have purchased, contact Coridium Technical Support to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and you will be instructed how to return the defective product. Coridium reserves the right to repair or replace the product, or refund the purchase price and may refuse to honor the warranty of any product that, in its reasonable opinion, has been modified or abused. Products outside the warranty period may be returned for repair at Coridium's standard labor rates - contact Technical Support to receive an RMA and instructions on how to return the product.
